Since Obamacare is not restricted to persons holding US citizenship, what logic is there in restricting the religious exemption to citizens of the United States? This would seem indicate that a Christian Scientist.,Amish or Muslim who is a US citizen can apply for exclusion, but those who are green card holding US residents are not permitted to apply for exclusion.

Plesee, someone, explain the logic to this.

I have read and reread the United States Constitution! I can not find any where in the document where it gives Congress or a President the right to mandate health care. Or anything else which does not require involvement by each State.
I am retired from the U.S. Military and confused. Why are we fighting and dying in Islamic Countries and then come home to our own country only to find Muslims exempt from United States Constitutional Law.
Whose freedom are our Soldiers fighting for? Everyone but United States Citizens?
If mandated health care is good for everyone by Federal Law then every U.S.Citizen should be involved in National Health Care.
When Congress, Special case religions and others exempt themselves from this health care I see a problem. Either we all do it or no one should be involved.
My own opinion! National Health Care is a National SCAM!
Our United States Constitution is not a Law of confusion. The Constitution was carefully designed to protect the rights of U.S.Citizens. Today you can look at every line of the Constitution and then find Laws signed by Presidents which ignore the document.
I do not understand why the entire country is not in an uproar over the hostile take over of our country by POLITICIANS who are self serving. Who do not represent the people, but only what financial gain they can receive by passing laws.
The American People are so hung up on Political Parties that the people as a whole do not see what POLITICIANS are doing to us. It won’t be long and we will have as many illegal immigrants as true Citizens in the U.S., the Constitution says the Federal Government is responsible to protect each State from invasion. But what is going on? Our President is suing States who try to stop illegal immigration.
Politicians are paid out of an Entitlement System they do not contribute to. Politicians not representing U.S.Citizens should all be drug tested and evaluated annually. If found not representing U.S.Citizens they should be FIRED by the U.S.Citizens they represent! That is what I think of Muslims and Obamacare!

My wife & I are retired so the Obamacare effect while annoying is nothing compared to what our children, some of whom believe Obama’s out and out fabrications, will suffer.

For example a single illness can put you over the individual yearly limit of $5,000 and/or family limit of $10,000. What then? All I ask of people is READ THE BILL, understand it, ask questions of your Representative or Senator. Perhaps ask them to explain:
- Pg 30: Govt committee decides treatments, etc.
- Pg 65: Plan will be subsidized for all union members.
- Pg 85: Govt specifies benefit levels for all plans.
- Pg 167: If no health care, your taxed 2.5% of income.
- Pg 203: The tax imposed shall not be considered a tax.
- Pg. 241: doctors regardless of training will be paid the same

There are numerous other offensive intrusions into our lives just look for yourself.

Also, Senators & Representatives are exempt from health care & Social Security as they have taxpayer funded plans.
In addition certain religions (Muslim, etc) are exempt from the plan as they consider insurance to be a form of gambling.

PLEASE, PLEASE read the damned bill, don’t take other people’s word on what it says. If you don’t then you deserve what Nancy, Harry and Obama do to you.

Muslims don’t? believe in GAMBLING??? A few years back they came flying into Vegas by the droves, brought hundreds with them, rented complete floors in casinos. one bunch even had the casino knock a hole in the side of the hotel severalfloors up to insert a Bacarac table(sp). When did they stop gambling??? Sounds like someone lying onthe application to get a freebee(Islam allows lying and stealing) BUT it is sinful to get caught.
