Obama: Terrible one term president, or just pretty bad two term president
Barack Obama said in an interview with ABC’s Diane Sawyer on Monday that “I’d rather be a really good one term president than a mediocre two-term president“. This statement was prompted by the current criticism of his big-government health care takeover bill and the possible implications that passage of the bill would have on his possibility for reelection. The wildly unpopular bill, and the current streak of GOP election wins throughout the country has prompted the question, is America unhappy with Obama and the democrat party.
The answer is a resounding YES. Americans (the vast majority of them anyways) are furious with Obama and the rest of his Dem cronies. We don’t want these big-government policies that they are putting in place; but do they really care? Well, to answer that question lets examine Obama’s statement to sawyer that he would “rather be a really good one term president than a mediocre two-term president.” To truly understand what he is saying here we have to translate the language of liberals into English. His statement loosely translated goes something like this: ”I would rather sacrifice my career to implement my socialist agenda and destroy America as we know it, than only get a small portion of my agenda through and serve two-terms.” Basically, Obama and the Dems know full well that they are destroying their careers; but they don’t care, they’ll do anything to destroy the country.
